An Independent Contractor

You'll cover your own taxes and healthcare

Commission Based

35% commission for each package sold ($348 - $698 minimum avg comm/sale) PLUS 1% recurring monthly commissions.  90% of our current clients have been with us for 12 months+ and are still going strong!

In A Nutshell, You Are...

A Guide & A Matchmaker - Not A “Sales Person”
You don’t really resonate with being labeled a “sales person” because that’s not who you are.  You’re not here to just sell things to people. You’re a guide and a matchmaker, meaning...

Your talent, and values, lie in helping people go through a journey that allows them to get crystal clear on their reality, and how their past decisions have created that reality.  You further guide them into precise clarity on what they want and WHY they want it, as well as the consequences of continuing to live smaller than those desires.

It’s from this journey where you discern if they are a match - a match to the offer you are an ambassador for, and if they are a match to the tribe the organization is cultivating.  If they are, you then guide them into stepping into a powerful decision that will serve their best and highest selves.

You believe that objections are where the real conversation starts.  You welcome them with open arms because it means the person is being completely real with you, showing you their limiting beliefs and the matrix game that’s holding them back.  

You love objections because this is the space you get to play with curiosity in - asking poignant questions that helps someone see their matrix so they can finally choose “the other pill” to create the reality they truly desire.

You never handle objections through force or rebutting, but rather, through the love you have for holding others to a higher standard in a dance of compassion and strength.  You speak the unspokens, knowing you may be the last chance someone has to change their reality.


Allergic To Scarcity & Manipulation

Even if the old ways of learning sales taught you to leverage scarcity or manipulation - you do not use this.  You’re completely allergic to it. You know that the best clients, and the best results for those clients, come from decisions that are made from clarity, empowerment and resolute commitment to the vision.

  • Reliable and high quality phone or internet service for uninterrupted inbound and outbound calling, as well as daily team collaboration access.
  • 3+ years experience in consistent, heart-centered selling with an average conversion rate of 50% or higher.

  • You are a truly an Impact Advisor - helping changemakers, influencers and leaders gain clarity on the decisions and solutions that will help them accelerate and expand their impact.
  • You do this through your enrollment conversations, your follow-through, and your setting of expectations in the process so clients know exactly what this service includes, and even more of what it isn’t.  Because you’re not here to sell a dream or magic pill - you’re here to help others see the problems that are constricting their message from getting out in the world and how this service solves that. You know that setting crystal clear expectations up from the beginning are what set the relationship up for success for life.
  • Our clients hire us to help them produce consistent content marketing to not only promote their mission, but especially to have bigger conversations around their mission and grow a platform for influence that spans beyond transactional business.  So your job is not only to SEE the Important Work and deeper message behind our clients’ work, but you also must pull that out of them so they aren’t stuck in their heads thinking this show will help them with traditional marketing. Because we aren’t here to help realtors simply talk about selling houses or help coaches talk about the strategies of growing business - we’re here to help our clients stand above the noise with a bigger conversation around the work they’re doing.  Your job is to help pull that out of them in your enrollment conversation so they have the “ah-ha” moment - fully seeing how this service helps with transactional business AND growing a bigger platform for change.
  • You take clear notes before, during or after conversations that help you remember relevant information for that person, as well as updating the team.  
  • You keep organization of the status of leads, setting reminders for who needs to be followed-up with when and how, because you know the gold is in the follow through.  You know when to keep nudging at someone, and when to implement a “close file” last request.
  • You support our team by utilizing our Trello, Google Drive, Processor Account, DocuSign and Slack systems for completing sales, celebrating new clients with the team, updating the client Trello cards with summary of your conversations and where things stand, and sending new client agreements out.  
  • Being at the ground level with the clients, you also communicate opportunities to the team for process improvements, ideas for client nurturing, upsells, etc.
  • So you can see, this role isn’t just about selling our services. The work we do is the very root of transformation for our clients and for the people they seek to inspire.  And you are not just some sales person - you are cause in the matter of their Groundswell and the ripple effects of their message that will impact generations because you held the space for them to rise above their limitations or objections and empowered them to step into a bigger game with their business and impact.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

  • You do not have a location in your home or office that is extremely quiet without disruptions like dogs barking, birds squawking, children yelling, loud construction, etc.
  • You don’t have at least 10 hours a week to devote to this work (more preferably)
  • You like to talk more than you like to listen.
  • You find yourself coaching and solving problems on sales calls.
  • You are not able to take calls daily, or every other day.
  • If you can’t hold your tongue or you find yourself “just having to share”.
  • You find yourself always going over on time in conversations and struggle to keep the conversation within a certain time-limit without abrupt endings.
