If these words don’t resonate with you, then it’s a good chance you won’t enjoy this Collecitve. 

However… if these are words you use, then chances are we’re the Collective you’ve been looking for. The Collective where you can be yourself. Where you are seen and supported. Where you don’t feel wrong for questioning hustle culture or overly used quips about success and discipline. We won’t talk about SMART goals here. (wink)

But we will explore big questions that expand your perspective, grow your awareness and move the needle for your Important Work. We call these Emergent Conversations. Or Socratic Coaching. The point is, we don’t have your answer. That’s what gurus in the Matrix sell you in their funnels; their answer. Only you have your answer. Which is why our coaching, network and support is set up to help you finally gain clarity about your purpose, vision and the process that unfolds for you as you lean into the wisdom that emerges.

Ya. That makes sense. All of us in the Groundswell Collective were chasing those answers too. Buying every expert’s course and throwing money at anything that moves, hoping it would work, only to find out that it didn’t work for us. That’s because their answer (the "experts") is not your answer.

I can hear your questions like "Do you have a roadmap?" or "Can you tell me more about the kind of content in the Groundswell Collective?" or "How does it work?" The short answer is "Yes". And, remember, the Groundswell Collective committed to Emergent Conversations and seeing what Spirit brings to our awareness in business and life. That is how we stay flexible and open to what's unfolding around us rather than getting too focused on intellectual "right" answers. That being said...

Let's start with Content.

We use frameworks in the Groundswell Collective to shape our content and conversations. We're big believers in finding the 20% to focus on that gives us 80% of the results. To that end, one of our main frameworks that help our members build out their purpose and profits is the Groundswell Core. 

GROUNDSWELL CORE

There are 4 Pillars to the Groundswell Core. 

YOU.

It all starts with You. Your calling and body of work is yours to create and express. In the Groundswell Collective we explore and expand your awareness of You, including but not limited to: your Vision, your Values, your Virtues, and your Voice.  (Each of these have frameworks to explore in order to bring you clarity in each).

TRIBE. 

Your Tribe are those who resonate with your message and your work. They're the ones who get you without explanation. They're the ones headed in a similar direction in life. In the Groundswell Collective we explore and expand the awareness of your Tribe including but not limited to: Community, Contribution, Communication, and Connection. (Each of these have frameworks to explore in order to bring you clarity in each).

BRAND.

Your Brand is your particular approach to business. It's how you move about in the container of business, and how that container delivers both your purpose and your products or services. In the Groundswell Collective we explore and expand your awareness of your business including but not limited to: Strategy, Skills, Standards, and Style. (Each of these have frameworks to explore in order to bring you clarity in each).

LEVER.

Leverage is the ability to do more with less. Too many people suffer from the influence of hustle culture and wear hard work like a badge of honor. We believe you can work smarter not harder. In the Groundswell Collective we explore and expand your awareness about the things you can use as levers, including but not limited to: Momentum, Memorability, Minutes, and Money. (Each of these have frameworks to explore in order to bring you clarity in each).

These 4 Pillars inspire the content we explore in our weekly coaching series, as well as our workshops, courses and labs.  

This content brings clarity to your business, your marketing and your vision. And it's delivered through socratic coaching... a collective conversation that invites your heart and mind to find alignment with each other.

The Groundswell Collective is a Business Accelerator. It includes weekly zoom calls. Monthly workshops and live events (in person or virtual depending on your market). Networking events. As well as support to get your questions answered as they arise. All under one metaphorical roof. 

What makes the Groundswell Collective different is the curation of the community. Our members like the weekly 90 minute zoom sessions for the connection they make with others as well as the content and Emergent Conversations. 

These sessions are not curriculum. There's not a start and end date. So if you miss a week, you don't fall behind.
