I often jump into Facebook to post or check on a client, but then see that little red circle 🔴 with the number of notifications waiting for me.

Well, I HAVE to check it. And so I do.

Ten minutes later, after getting lost in Facebook, I can’t remember why I origianlly opened Facebook in the first place.

This is an interesting parallel to how we get lost in business and delay our progress for months if not years...
