I DON’T TRUST YOU.

And it’s stunting my growth. I’m in one of those places where I can tell I’m ready for the next expansion because I’m stuck where I am.

As I’ve been digging deeper into how to grow into what’s next, I can see that it’s not so much another tactic that will get me there as it is the relationships I build.

But to build those I’ll have to let go of some of the defensive patterns I’ve relied on to keep me safe...
