Think outside of the box: What is the purpose of marketing? (Don't say "to make a sale")
What things do you not like to do?
What is your super power or unique gifts that you're best in the world at?
Assuming you've researched our company from our website, what do you know about us?

Step 2

Submit your video:

Use the subject line: Marketing Assistant [insert your full name]

This is testing your technical aptitude, ability to follow instructions and ninja-ness so we will not be answering any emails about how to complete this step ; ) Attachments will result in automatic application denial.
