Step 1: Block Your Calendar for Class...

Make sure you're in a quiet environment where you can focus and have a strong internet connection. Please have your webcams enabled for our calls.
These will be recorded but I encourage you to rearrange whatever you need to so you can show up live since that's where you'll get maximum value from the experience.
Step 2: Complete The Groundswell SHADOW Assessment
As you'll see from this program, it's important to get clear and honest about where you are now in order to get leverage on yourself to move where you want to go.
Most of the time we walk around telling ourselves everything will be ok (which May be true in the big picture).
But this story undermines your conviction to get out of your current situation and move into a new one.
As you get clear and brutally honest, it allows you to help those you want to reach through your marketing to get brutally honest as well. They won't take action with you until they see how the stories they're telling themselves are enabling stagnation.
